The presentation was professional and well explained. The price was more than fair. What impressed us the most was that even though the crew leaders helper was out with sickness, the crew leaders promised the job would be completed and he worked longer hours and never stopped to ensure he in fact did a professional job without sacrificing any quality in the finished result.

I have used Jim at the Mold Man on two separate occasions for two different reasons. Both times he exceeded our expectations and then some. The first time we called the Mold Man was shortly after Ian. We had a lot of water damage, coupled with hot temperatures we soon had mold in every room! I called the Mold Man in distress and he was here within 24 hours. Our home smelled of the mold, it was terrible, our possessions, the walls, everything COVERED. When all of the things you’ve worked so hard to acquire are almost immediately destroyed it’s a tough pill to swallow. The owner was very compassionate and understanding. Thanks to Jim and his team we now live mold free and have for over a year now.

We are so happy with the results of our mold remediation by The Mold Guys. Josh, the technician who did the job, definitely has a very strong work ethic and was informative and very professional. Jim was able to come over the morning that I called. He was very professional yet still very friendly. He gave me a quote and said he had a tech who lived close and would be able to send him over that afternoon. Once Joshua arrived he got right to it and did an absolutely wonderful job cleaning my ceiling. Not sure he could feel his arms when he left but that ceiling is spotless. Thanks to the Mold Guys for a wonderful experience with such a terrible problem! It was a piece of cake for them!
